Quantum-Guided Intelligence Systems (QGIS)

This project presents a novel modular intelligence system architecture named Quantum-Guided Intelligence Systems (QGIS), which integrates artificial intelligence with quantum computational logic. QGIS is designed to perform semantic analysis, threat prioritization, scenario simulation, cybernetic reflex generation, and quantum-based strategic decision modeling. The system aims to provide real-time reflexive intelligence support for hybrid threat environments. This preprint outlines the theoretical framework, modular components, and national security implications of QGIS.
