Nipah Virus (NiV) Treatment via the ψ–Hamzah Model.

Abstract: The Nipah virus, a highly lethal zoonotic pathogen, presents significant challenges to global public health due to its severe neurological effects and rapid transmission. Traditional epidemiological models often fall short in accurately capturing the complex dynamics of such viruses. In this study, we introduce a novel mathematical framework for understanding and controlling the spread of the Nipah virus through the implementation of the advanced ψ–Hamzah model, a hybrid approach that integrates fractional calculus, fractal geometry, and time-memory dynamics. We explore the virus's epidemiological behavior by developing a comprehensive model that includes both classical SIR dynamics and the more intricate ψ–Hamzah dynamics, incorporating nonlinear and memory-dependent effects not captured by conventional models. Through numerical simulations, we demonstrate the advantages of ψ–Hamzah in predicting virus progression, immune response, and the impact of interventions. Furthermore, we propose a cutting-edge approach for vaccine and drug design. Using the ψ–Hamzah model, we outline the formulation of an effective vaccine and drug, incorporating lipid nanoparticles (LNP) for mRNA delivery, fractal-adjuvants for immune modulation, and fractional derivatives to enhance therapeutic outcomes. We present the full methodology for the synthesis, stability testing, and quality control of these novel treatments, showing a significant improvement in viral load reduction and immune response efficacy compared to classical models. The results underscore the potential of the ψ–Hamzah model to revolutionize the understanding and management of complex viral diseases, offering a powerful tool for designing vaccines and drugs tailored to emerging infectious threats. This approach not only enhances the precision of virus predictions but also paves the way for personalized medicine, providing a foundation for faster, more efficient vaccine and drug development. This abstract summarizes the main findings and highlights of the article, emphasizing the novel approach to understanding and treating the Nipah virus using the ψ–Hamzah model.
