A guide to selecting high-performing antibodies for Rab10 (UniProt ID: P61026) for use in western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence
A peer-reviewed antibody characterization article corresponding to this Zenodo preprint is openly available at F1000Research: https://doi.org/10.12688/f1000research.156209.1 This article presents characterization data that can be utilized as a guide to select high-performing antibodies for Rab10, a member of the Rab GTPase family of proteins involved in vesicle trafficking. Eight antibodies were evaluated in western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence experiments using a standardized protocol that compares readouts in isogenic parental controls and knockout cell lines.
