The Professional Development Needs of Teaching and Administrative Staff Regarding the Management of Educational Activities

The article presents the professional development needs of teaching and management staff regarding the design and organization of educational activities in the classroom. The article includes experimental data from a diagnostic educational experiment, where a questionnaire was applied and information was collected on the addressed issue. The epistemological benchmarks of several researchers were stated as a basis. The survey results identified certain issues faced by teachers and managers in managing educational activities within educational institutions.
