JUSTICE AND HUMANITY AS AXIOLOGICAL GUIDELINES AT THE POINTS OF SOCIAL AND EXISTENTIAL BIFURCATIONS

The article is devoted to the study of justice and humanity as basic value foundations that are subject to destructive processes during crisis periods of social development. The author pays special attention to the content of the basic concepts of justice as well as the functional specificity of the values of justice and humanity in the context of states of ideological and social crises. It has been concluded that justice and humanity are closely related to each other and act as the ultimate ideological guarantee of the preservation of the social system in the conditions of growing instability and riskiness of the modern world.
