The study visited literature in order to draw theories such as Disruptive Innovation Theory, Innovation Diffusion Theory, Technology Acceptance Theory. Descriptive statistics used to produce frequency tables, percentages, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were used in order to provide person correlation and multiple regression model to test and draw relationship between variables both for independent band dependent, effect of e-tendering practices on the organizational performance of Ericsson AB Rwanda. The Overall means of results was 4.54, impact of e-auction system on organizational performance of Ericsson AB Rwanda. The Overall means of results was 4.53, effect of e-purchasing system on organizational performance of Ericsson AB Rwanda. The Overall means of results was 4.32, impact of e-invoicing practice on organizational performance of Ericsson AB Rwanda. The Overall means of results was 4.65. and the data on Organizational performance was analyzed, the overall means of results was ,4.67. depending on the results, it presented that the Employee productivity was on good grades. It presented and revealed that the relationship between E-tendering practices, E-auction system, E-purchasing system, E-invoicing practice was 0.959, 0.887.0.882 and 0.951 respectively. The results present the variables electronic-procurement; E-Tendering Practices was statistically significant with p value=0.000b, the E-auction system was not statistically significant with p value=0.214b, and the E-purchasing system was statistically significant with p value=0. 000b.And E-invoicing practice was statistically significant with p value=0.000b.It concluded that there was a significant relationship between the effect of electronic-procurement and organizational performance. The study recommended that MINICOM that should engage Rwandan citizens to be part and be involved in electronic-procurement and works to attain money personal economic improvement
