STATE-BUILDING ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF UKRAINIAN NATIONALISTS IN THE OCCUPIED TERRITORY OF UKRAINE IN 1941–1943

The article discusses the main directions and components of the military activities of the OUN in the occupied territory of Ukraine, the formation of tactics of combat operations of the armed units. It has been established that one of the priority areas of activity of the underground created by the marching groups was military work. It was found that the activities of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists on the territory of Ukraine during the German occupation were aimed at the organizational spread of cells, the gradual transition to armed methods of resistance, and the formation of combat tactics of armed units. It is proven that the military units created by the cells of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists later became the basis for the formation of armed units and the use of partisan tactics.
