The study evaluates students' perceptions of online learning platforms, focusing on features, skills required, and negative impacts. A quantitative research design was used, with 544 respondents from 13 Karnataka universities participating. The study found that video/audio, recording/live captions, messaging, privacy, and digital whiteboard features are useful. Basic internet search, Microsoft Office, and email management skills are essential for effective online learning. Challenges such as focus issues, physical health, academic workload, and economic impact remain.
