The advancement of technological innovations in developing English language skills make a huge changes in shaping the existing resources. Consequently, the innumerable mobile assisted language learning applications have been flourished recently, which accelerate Bangladeshi English language learners’ English speaking proficiency. This study explores the prospects and trials related with adopting MALL apps in this context, how these mobile technologies can support interactive and learner-centered pedagogy, improve accessibility to language resources, and foster autonomous learning. This research is accomplished following the mixed methods combining both qualitative method and quantitative method including both primary data and secondary data. The findings of the paper reflect the challenges such as technological limitations, inconsistent internet access, and an absence of digital literacy among students and instructors pose significant barriers. Additionally, cultural resistance to technology integration and the absence of well-designed, context-specific MALL tools further complicate implementation. By following the targeted policy measures, professional development for educators, and the development of localized MALL solutions, the Bangladeshi English language learners would maximize their proficiency at tertiary level.
