FAIR metrics for Earth & Environmental Sciences - preliminary results

In the following, we present an attempt to define specific FAIR metrics for the earth and environmental sciences. In the following, we present an attempt to define specific FAIR metrics for the earth and environmental sciences. This is based on an attempt to capture the current FAIR practices of this community as well as possible and to identify those FAIR practices that are essential for the community from the commonalities found. This publication shows the preliminary results from the FAIR-IMPACT project. Other community efforts around FAIR metrics remain ongoing and may develop these metrics beyond this publication.
