Problems of the clustering of macroeconomic risks of ICT implementation

The subject of the study is the clustering of macroeconomic risks of ICT implementation. The purpose of the study is to identify problems of the clustering of macroeconomic risks of ICT implementation.Research methods. The article uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, and the method of summarizing data.Work results. The article identifies the problems of the clustering of macroeconomic risks of information and communication technology implementation. It was found that the main aspect of the integrated risk assessment strategy is the use of predictive models based on trend analysis and scenario planning. To overcome existing challenges, it is necessary to develop an integrated risk assessment strategy, which should include systematic accounting and analysis of data from various sources, which will make it possible to identify and classify risks by categories and their impact on the economy.Conclusions. The clustering of macroeconomic risks of the implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) is an important task that requires a systematic approach to identify and analyze complex relationships. Among the main problems, one can highlight the uncertainty of the economic environment, which makes it difficult to forecast financial results. In addition, the variety of ICT solutions creates additional risks for enterprises. It is necessary to take into account socio–cultural factors that affect the success of technology implementation. The propensity of the population to new technologies, the level of digital literacy and the perception of changes will be able to significantly change the course of project implementation. It is also necessary to focus attention on regulatory barriers and their impact on innovative development. Therefore, for effective risk clustering, it is necessary to integrate data from different sectors, use analytical tools and ensure a stable consultative relationship between all interested parties. This will make it possible to reduce vulnerability to macroeconomic risks and increase the efficiency of ICT implementation.
