The ULLYSES/PENELLOPE view on accretion and disk properties in nearby star forming regions
A large fraction of the HST/ULLYSES program was devoted to the study of low-mass T-Tauri young stellar objects. The community working in this field has joint forces since the beginning of the ULLYSES program to exploit the wealth of scientific data available from this HST program. In this talk I will review the efforts done as a community, as part of the ODYSSEUS collaboration, and of the complementary programs that have been carried out with other ground-based and space-based observatories, such as the Large Program PENELLOPE carried out with the ESO Very Large Telescope (VLT), to complement the HST data with additional broad wavelength-coverage and higher resolution spectra. I will outline the science goals and some of the scientific results on accretion, winds and disk evolution and the plans for the further data exploitation in the years to come.
