A Project Approach to the Management of Tools for Monitoring and Control of Socio-Economic Development of the Community

The analysis of communities in the country indicates problems with development on a resource, organizational, economic and management basis. In order to increase the stability of the economy and the social sphere, to ensure the development of communities, an adequate policy is necessary. In such conditions, one of the tools for solving regional problems is a project approach, because goal-orientedness and the art of directing activity towards its achievement are some of the characteristics of this management. Therefore, a project approach to the formation of tools for monitoring and controlling the socio-economic development of the region is proposed, as it is a management technology aimed at organizing and managing a large number of works performed by a large number of specialists to create a product.
