GOAL Support Guide for Librarians. Negotiating a Green Open Access Policy
This support guide is based on the experiences collected by the team of the project GOAL during the negotiations conducted with a diversity of practice-oriented journals of small publishers within the framework of the project. This new version solves a problem with a non-working link included in the previous version.
