Smart Cities in Real Time Entities

The rapid expansion of urban populations, coupled with technological advancements, has necessitated the evolution of smart cities as a transformative approach to modern urban governance. This paper presents a comprehensive framework that integrates three key components: Digital Twin Cities, In- ternet of Things (IoT) infrastructure, and Smart City Hubs to enhance data-driven decision-making. By leveraging real-time digital models, sensor networks, and centralized data platforms, smart cities can optimize infrastructure, improve sustainability, and enhance the quality of urban life. This study explores core technologies, key applications, challenges, and future research directions to establish a robust model for the next generation of smart cities. The findings highlight the potential of AI-powered analytics, blockchain for secure urban transactions, and IoT- enabled urban monitoring in fostering resilient, adaptive, and citizen-centric urban environments.
