The Ways Education Institutions Can Promote Change Referring to the Models of Change with AI Generators
This literature review examines how educational institutions can implement organizational change effectively by applying established change management models, including Lewin's, Kotter's, and Fullan's frameworks, while integrating AI-driven technologies. The review explores strategies for fostering change, the role of AI in enhancing these models, and the benefits of data-driven insights, automation, and personalized learning experiences. Additionally, it identifies challenges such as resistance to change, data privacy concerns, and resource limitations, while proposing solutions to address them. By highlighting successful case studies and gaps in current research, the study offers practical recommendations and emphasizes the need for adaptive leadership, collaborative cultures, and professional development to achieve sustainable and equitable transformation in educational settings. Future research directions focus on refining AI integration within change models and addressing underexplored areas of innovation in education.
