Yield and quality of food and feed in organic farming systems with and without livestock

This presentation describes the history of the Tulloch Organic Rotation which was started in 1991. There are 2 6-course rotations with all phases of the rotation present each year. From 1991-2006, both rotations were stocked. In 2007, a plant-based rotation replaced one of the stocked rotations. The presentation shows the yields, changes in organic matter, and soil P and K content over time.
