The study revealed that integrity has significant positive effect on level of clientele satisfaction (χ2 cal. of 32.24> χ2 tab. of 15.51), loyalty has significant positive effect on employee workload delivery (χ2 cal. of 29.86 > χ2 tab. of 15.51), teamwork has significant influence on the competence of civil servants (χ2 cal. of 24.03> χ2 tab. of 15.51) in Enugu State Civil Service.
