New data on occurrence and biology of the Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton, 1856 in Hungary (Lepidoptera: Glacillariidae)

The author reports recent observations of Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton, 1856 in Hungary. The paperpresents the diagnosis and the genitalia structure, which are important for the identification of the species, and summarizes the biology of Ph. citrella based on the literature. The geographical distribution of the species is illustrated with several maps.
