PSYCHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN
Psychological development of school-age children plays an important role in their general growth and formation. This article analyzes the processes of cognitive, social and emotional development of children during school age based on scientific theories. Based on Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development and Erik Erikson's theory of psychosocial development, changes in the level of children's logical thinking ability, social relations with peers, and emotional stability were considered. It was also discussed how individual differences in development and the support of parents and teachers affect children's psychological development.
