ANALYSIS OF THE RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM AND WAYS OF IMPROVING MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY

This article examines issues of improving the efficiency of the railway passenger transport system. Based on the analysis of railway transport infrastructure, service quality and management systems, ways to improve the system are proposed. According to the results of the study, the efficiency of the passenger transport system can be significantly improved by introducing modern technologies, improving the skills of employees and strengthening the customer-oriented approach.

Abstract
