NEUROGRAPHY AS A PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC TRANSFORMATIVE METHOD OF THE 21ST CENTURY
This article discusses the emergence of neurography as a psychotherapeutic transformational method of the 21st century. It explores how neurography helps individuals depict unconscious fears, emotions, tensions, and past experiences, enabling the surfacing of psychological constraints to the conscious level. Through drawing, these constraints can transform into positive ideas. This practice aids in decision-making, problem-solving, and fulfilling desires, and is often expressed through the creation of a visual collage representing one's dreams.
