Supplementary Material - Incident Management in PSECO

Supplementary material for the study on incident management in proprietary software ecosystems (PSECO). This work reports a rapid review that consolidates and organizes the incident management literature in proprietary software ecosystems (PSECO) into a taxonomy of goals, practices, success factors, benefits, and barriers. The taxonomy helps clarify how incident management has been described and governed in this context, providing a structured baseline for both researchers and practitioners. The taxonomy was developed through a systematic approach, including a rapid review of 315 studies, from which 30 were selected after applying rigorous review procedures.
