Quantum Impulse Model of Consciousness: Integrating Intuition and Logic in Thought Formation
This study proposes a two-phase model of conscious thought formation that integrates intuition andlogic through quantum mechanical principles. We hypothesize that conscious thought emerges froma quantum impulse, where an intuitive phase (characterized by superposition) transitions into alogical phase (marked by decoherence) via neural synchronization. Using neuroimaging techniques(MEG, fMRI), we model this process, demonstrating that theta oscillations (4–8 Hz) correspond tothe intuitive phase, while gamma oscillations (30–100 Hz) align with the logical phase. This modelelucidates mechanisms of creativity and sudden insights, offering novel applications inneurotechnology and artificial intelligence (AI).
