Упровадження «етики піклування» в сучасний освітній процес: психологічний аспект

Modern education is increasingly focused not only on the transmission of knowledge but also on creating a favorable psychological environment for personal development. One of the key approaches to ensuring emotional security and student support is the “Ethics of Care” – a concept that emphasizes the importance of care, empathy, and trust-based relationships in the learning process. From a psychological perspective, the implementation of the “Ethics of Care” contributes to the formation of a positive emotional climate in the educational environment, the development of students' social-emotional intelligence, and the prevention of emotional burnout in both students and educators. Research in attachment theory (J. Bowlby), humanistic psychology (C. Rogers, A. Maslow), and positive psychology (M. Seligman) emphasize that an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect serves as the foundation for effective learning and the harmonious development of personality. This article examines the key psychological aspects of the ethics of care, its impact on the emotional well-being of students and teachers, and practical approaches to its implementation in the modern educational environment.

Abstract

Modern education is increasingly focused not only on the transmission of knowledge but also on creating a favorable psychological environment for personal development. This article examines the key psychological aspects of the ethics of care, its impact on the emotional well-being of students and teachers, and practical approaches to its implementation in the modern educational environment.
