Completion of strategy documents for each application area

IFAST Task 12.1 is studying novel and important applications of particle accelerators in the health, environmental, imaging and radioisotope production areas and has identified those with the most potential. For these, it has developed strategies for delivering these applications. This report will describe the applications and the strategies for delivering them.
