Development of exportable fruit drink products based on extracts of medicinal and aromatic plants with health-protective effects and components with prebiotic effects

The aim of the project is to develop foods rich in bioactive active ingredients that support human health. The most important types of plant polyphenols are tannic acids and tannins; flavonoid dyes; and finally, some phenolic fragrances. They are very diverse and widespread substances, characterized by the presence of a large number of phenolic rings.
