Innovative transformation of business processes and organizational structures of contracting enterprises in construction development

The subject of the research is the processes of innovative transformation of business processes andorganizational structures of executing enterprises in the field of construction development. In particular, attention is focused on the implementation of innovative technologies, strategies and managementpractices that contribute to the optimization of operational processes, improving project efficiency andincreasing the competitiveness of companies. Changes in the organizational structures of enterprisesare studied, which allow them to flexibly adapt to changing market conditions, implement new businessmodels and approaches to project management, in particular through the use of digital technologies, automation and modernization of processes that reduce costs and increase overall efficiency. The purpose of the article is to study the process of innovative transformation of businessprocesses and organizational structures of enterprises–executors in construction development. Inparticular, attention is focused on the implementation of the latest technologies and managementmethods that contribute to the optimization of operational activities, increasing the efficiency andadaptability of enterprises to changing market conditions. The article also analyzes the impact ofinnovations on the development of competitive advantages, improving the quality of services andreducing costs at different stages of the implementation of development projects. The methodology of the work involves a comprehensive approach that combines theoreticaland practical aspects of researching innovations in organizational changes and business processes ofenterprises in construction development. The first stage is an analysis of the theoretical foundationsof innovative transformation of business processes, which considers the key concepts of innovation, types of transformational changes and their impact on enterprises in construction development. Theworks of famous scientists and theorists in the field of management, such as M. Porter, G. Ansoff, J. Schumpeter, who define the principles of strategic development and innovation management, arestudied. The second stage is a study of the current state of construction development, in particular, the impact of innovative technologies on the organizational structures of enterprises. This includesan analysis of the implementation of new technologies, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling),automation of design and management processes, as well as the use of innovative materials andconstruction methods. A comparison of traditional approaches and the latest developments is carriedout to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the use of innovations. The next step is to develop a business process transformation model based on the results of theprevious stages. The model includes specific measures aimed at adapting enterprises to modernmarket requirements through the implementation of innovative changes in management, financingand marketing processes. Particular attention is paid to changing organizational structures that allowfor more effective integration of innovations into the company’s activities. As part of the empirical part of the work, a study is conducted on the example of specific enterprisesin the development sector. This involves conducting interviews with company managers, analyzingtheir internal documents and the results of implementing innovations. The results are assessed usingkey performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost reduction, project implementation time reduction, improving the quality of objects and customer satisfaction. The final stage includes formulatingconclusions and recommendations for enterprises seeking innovative transformation of their businessprocesses and organizational structures in construction development. The results of the work showed the importance of applying innovative approaches to increasethe efficiency of companies in construction development. By implementing the latest technologies intobusiness processes and organizational structure, enterprises were able to significantly reduce costs, optimize work processes and increase the level of management flexibility. The main result was the determination of the role of innovation in the transformation of businessmodels of construction companies. The introduction of technologies such as building informationmodeling (BIM), automated project management systems and the use of the latest materials made itpossible to reduce the risks associated with defects at the design and construction stages, as well asreduce project implementation times. The organizational structures of enterprises have also undergone changes. The transition to moreadaptive and flexible management models has allowed companies to respond more effectively to marketchanges, reduce internal barriers and improve interaction between departments. The introduction ofdigital platforms for information exchange and automation of internal processes has increased laborproductivity and contributed to clearer control over the performance of tasks. Thus, the innovativetransformation of business processes and organizational structures is a critically important factor forachieving the competitiveness of enterprises in modern construction development.Conclusions. Innovative transformation of business processes and organizational structures ofconstruction companies is an important factor that allows companies to effectively adapt to changingmarket conditions and maintain competitiveness. The introduction of innovative technologies inconstruction, such as BIM modeling, automation of management processes and the use of the latestmaterials, contributes to a significant increase in the efficiency of all stages of development projects. These changes allow you to reduce costs, shorten project implementation times, improve quality andreduce the likelihood of risks. In addition, innovations provide greater flexibility in business processes, allowingcompanies to respond more quickly to changes in supply and demand. Changes in organizational structures, inparticular, the transition to more flexible and adaptive management models, contribute to better coordinationof work, more efficient use of resources and optimization of interaction with partners and customers. As aresult, enterprises can not only reduce costs, but also increase their ability to innovate, creating additionalvalue for customers and investors. Thus, innovative transformation is the basis for sustainable developmentand successful implementation of development projects in the construction sector.
