INVESTIGATION AT THE SCENE IN CASE OF HOMICIDE FOLLOWED BY HUMAN BODY DISSECTION

Investigating homicides, especially those accompanied by corpse dismemberment, poses a complex challenge in the field of forensic science. However, a careful analysis of the specialized literature reveals the absence of a comprehensive approach to this issue. In the context of this observation, the author proposes key criteria to enhance the efficiency of crime scene investigation in cases of homicides followed by corpse dismemberment. Similarly, the particularities of the examination of the dismembered corpse as a result of the action of various mechanisms, explosions, falling from a height, etc. Detailed information is provided on specific injuries and the ways in which they can be found and analysed. Mindful of the perfectible nature of this scientific approach, we eagerly await the reader’s suggestions, which will undoubtedly contribute to the strengthening of the scientific discourse in this field.
