Review of modern approaches to determining Salmonella in aquatic ecosystems as an element of environmental safety
Modern methods of identifying Salmonella in environmental objects and food products allow us to correctly assess the degree of pathogenic load and, accordingly, promptly modify current measures to control the occurrence and spread of salmonellosis. This paper describes the main characteristics of Salmonella bacteria and provides an overview of modern methods for identifying salmonella in food products and aquatic ecosystems.
