World Quantum Theory: A Unified Framework for Quantum and Classical Physics from a Frequency Perspective

World Quantum Theory: A Unified Framework for Quantum and Classical Physics from a Frequency Perspective AbstractTraditional physics assumes that the speed of photon propagation is constant at the speed of light c, forming the foundation of many classical and quantum physical theories. However, the applicability of this assumption in complex fields (such as gravitational fields or media) remains contentious. This paper proposes the "World Quantum" theory, which reexamines photon propagation behavior by distinguishing between the photon's intrinsic rotation (self-spin) and macroscopic rotation (macro-rotation). A key parameter, the "World Factor" (Φw=(c/v)2), is introduced, modifying the photon energy formula to . Within this framework, the photon's propagation speed v may be less than the speed of light c, and its wavelength-frequency product may also be less than c. Through derivations and analyses, this paper unifies the theoretical frameworks of quantum and classical physics, explaining the origins of photon energy, mass, and momentum while offering new perspectives on photon behavior in gravitational fields and under extreme conditions. Although experimental validation is currently lacking, we propose several experimental schemes to test the core predictions of this theory through observations.
