Open Collaboration and Ways of Working in Data Science Without Borders

Open collaboration is an important aspect of open source. For the DSWB project, we expand on this and explain the importance of it. We also provide the importance of building ways of working, in general and more specific to the DSWB community. These discussion provides us an environment to foster these conversations, and build a system beneficial to the DSWB community specifically.
