Professional Commitment of Primary School Teachers of Sikkim

The present study is on Professional Commitment of Primary School Teachers of Sikkim. Quantitative research method was employed. The sample of 100 primary school teachers was selected from Gangtok and Mangan District of Sikkim. Out of 100 teachers 50 male and 50 female, 50 probationary and 50 regular, 50 urban and 50 rural teachers were selected. The sample was collected by way of Random Sampling Techniques.
