Abstract The article presents an information system for managing the work of the department in an educational organization using the YouGile program. The main advantages and capabilities of the system are described, such as automation of work processes, monitoring of task performance and improving the effectiveness of management decisions. The YouGile program allows you to optimize the management of the department by simplifying communication and monitoring the execution of assignments.
