Analisis Kompetensi Guru Dan Budaya Sekolah Terkait Kemampuan Menghafal Al-Quran Peserta Didik Pada Program Takhosus

This study aims to describe the Analysis of Teacher Competence and School Culture Related to the Ability to Memorize the Koran of students in the Takhosus Program. This research uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive methods. The primary sources of this research are principals and teachers. While secondary sources in this study are books, documents, and scientific articles related to research. Data collection techniques using observation interviews and documentation. Data validity test using data triangulation. And data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques, namely by codifying data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that based on the data obtained from the takhosus program of SMPIT permat bunda Islamic boarding school, children's memorization achievements increased significantly because it was supported by an orderly school culture and teachers who had the competencies needed to support children's achievements in memorizing the Koran.
