ELECTRONIC SOCIAL NETWORKS, GUARANTORS OF A GLOBAL COLLECTIVE TOURIST INTELLIGENCE?

How to decide and act-well together? especially if there are many of us who act well or badly within the framework of social networks supported by platforms not regulated by the public authorities, which in no way ensures the possibility of moving from individual efficiency to collective efficiency? how to regulate an activity, tourism, whose growth depends much more on digital technology than on the blessing of the public authorities? We defend the idea that Social Networks would guide the collective intelligence of « tourists», the ability of a group of people to collaborate to formulate their own future and achieve it in a complex context, to coordinate their actions in the best possible way. Said intelligence would be multiple and indeterminate converging towards Global, Collegial, Singular, determined action on condition that social networks are not given free rein to make the traveler, the trip, the place and the diaspora what they want and, moreover, act by turning the weapon against its holder and hope to lay the first stones of an « Intelligent Tourism» based on a « Global Collective Spirit» that can save the activity even in times of crisis.
