Abstract: Background : In response to the Bologna Process, aimed at creating a European Higher Education Area, Morocco has implemented an ambitious reform of the Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate system, which has profoundly changed training pathways, particularly in the field of health by giving rise to the Higher Institutes of Nursing and Health Technician Professions. During the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers at the Higher Institute of Nursing and Health Professions in Rabat. Results :The results showed that more than half of the teachers (54%) have a master's degree and 68% of them specified that the volume of hours allocated to theoretical courses under the new reform is insufficient. In the sense of student empowerment and responsibility, the importance given to the student's personal work was stated by 88% of the study participants. Also, 94% of the participants said that the use of information and communication technologies is a driving force for success.
