The modern trend in the digitalization of society based on the development of telegram bots

The article is devoted to the issues of the modern trend in the digitalization of society based on the development of telegram bots. As an example, a variant of developing a telegram bot for optimizing online sales of automotive accessories is proposed, with an emphasis on market analysis and the use of bots in electronic commerce. The paper provides a comparative analysis of tools for creating a backend, including programming and database management, database architecture and terms of reference are developed. The bot is implemented using technologies: the Python programming language, the Aiogram 3 library and the SQLite relational database.
