Vulnerabilidad actual y futura de la seguridad hidrica, en la cuenca del río Changuinola

The scientific community currently agrees that people will feel the effect of climate change through water resources, especially in the variability of flows. This research was developed with the purpose of generating relevant scientific information about the behavior in the near future (2014-2030) and distant future (2046-2065) of the climate elements, including precipitation, temperature, their influence on the runoff, erosion and in the same way establish the vulnerability of biological, physical and socioeconomic capitals integrated into the theory adapted for the analysis of water security in the face of future variation of these elements (precipitation, temperature) emphasizing primarily the effect that climate change will have in the future on water production in the Changuinola River basin and in this way, contribute to the strengthening of scientific knowledge for decision-making by local governments.
