Results of the 26th Legal Writing International Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Forum (an annual meeting of leading legal theorists in Russia) on the topic: Legal Regulation Experiment (the Doctrine, Practice, Technique), held on September 25–28, 2024, in Nizhny Novgorod are analyzed. Within the framework of this event, a wide range of participants consistently and persuasively proved that judicial discretion is a continuous state-legalized experiment in the field of law.
