Mitochondrial Regulation of T-cell Antitumor Immunity and Aging
This study aims to investigate the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in T-cell immunity, focusing on its effects on tumor control, aging processes, and systemic immune regulation. Using an inducible mouse model with reversible mitochondrial DNA depletion, we will explore metabolic pathways, immune cell functions, and therapeutic interventions.
