In North Carolina's Granville and Vance Counties (GVC), historical systemic barriers such as racial gerrymandering and resource inequities have exacerbated educational disparities, contributing to significant health and socioeconomic challenges. A proposed equity task force aims to address these disparities by engaging stakeholders, prioritizing youth-focused interventions, and leveraging systemic changes to improve health, education, and community outcomes.</span></span>
