Architecture and Characteristics of China′s High-Speed Trains

[Objective] The book China′s High-Speed Trains is about to be published, and therefore is solemnly recommended in this research. [Method] The architecture, main content, characteristics, and issues of particular public concern in this book are introduced through a question-and-answer approach. [Result & Conclusion] This book is a masterpiece with both historical and academic attributes. It tells the past and present of CRH（China Railway High-speed）from a professional perspective in both time and technology dimensions. In terms of the time perspective, this book describes the development process of CRH in three stages: "from the scratch", "introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation", and "independent innovation"; and in terms of the technology perspective, it describes the cognitive process of Chinese engineers regarding the core technologies of high-speed trains, and the innovation process from knowing what to knowing why.
