<p>The table reports OLS regression results for all previous results based on ordered logit models. Columns 1–4 report OLS results for the corresponding columns in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0308742#pone.0308742.t002" target="_blank">Table 2</a>.
