Diastereoselective\nDouble Annulation of Allenoates\nwith Povarov Adducts: Modular Synthesis of Multisubstituted Pyrroloquinolines

Herein, we report an atom-economical, one-pot, four-component,\ndiastereoselective double-annulation reaction to construct polyfused\npyrroloquinolines. This reaction highlights the cyclization of in\nsitu<i>-</i>formed Povarov adducts with allenoates for the\nfirst time.
