Dr Spur's mystery case HSV : can it be a clue to an underlying inborn error of immunity?
HSV - can it be a clue to an underlying inborn error of immunity? A diagnosis of herpes simplex virus (HSV) type-1 encephalitis was made. The patient made a full recovery after a full course of intravenous acyclovir.
