Gas Quenched Alternating Cations in the Interlayer\nSpace Quasi-2D (GA)(MA)5Pb5I16 Perovskite\nfor Radiation Tolerant Single Junction and Stable Monolithic Quasi-2D\nPerovskite-Sili
Here,\nwe report gas-quenched quasi-2D (GA)(MA)5Pb5I16 perovskites for single junction solar cells\nand monolithic-silicon tandem solar cells. This is the first time\nquasi-2D (GA)(MA)5Pb5I16 perovskite\ncells have been tested with proton beams, showing excellent tolerance.\nA representative tandem cell also passed the IEC 61215 Thermal Cycling\nTest (−40 °C ↔ 85 °C) twice, retaining 95.0%\nof its initial PCE after 400 cycles.
