Talauromides\nA–G, Nitrogen-Containing Heptacyclic\nOligophenalenone Dimers from the Soil Fungus Talaromyces stipitatus BMC-16
Seven new nitrogen-containing heptacyclic oligophenalenone\ndimers,\ntalauromides A–G (1-7), together\nwith known compounds bacillisporins A and B (8 and 9), talaromycesones C and B (10 and 11), duclauxin (12) and lamellicolic anhydride (13), were isolated from the soil derived-fungus Talaromyces\nstipitatus BMC-16. Their chemical structures were determined\nbased on spectroscopic analysis data. The absolute configurations\nwere elucidated by chemical approaches and the comparison of CD spectra\nwith related compounds. Compounds 3, 8 and 11 exhibited inhibitory activity on the Wnt/β-catenin\nsignaling pathway in zebrafish embryos at a concentration of 20 μM.
