Coordination-Assisted\nNi-Catalyzed Regio- and Enantioselective\n1,2-Borylalkylation of Unactivated Alkenes

Herein\nwe successfully utilize various directing groups\nto achieve\na ligand-enabled nickel-catalyzed 1,2-borylalkylation of unactivated\nalkenes. A β-amino alcohol was employed as the ligand for non-asymmetric\n1,2-borylalkylation of unactivated alkenes, while a bulky chiral diamine\nligand was used to achieve the asymmetric 1,2-borylalkylation of allyl\namides.
