This study is an exploratory study since 2022 and ended in 2024, which uses a field case of infectious laryngotrachetis outbreak in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia in 2022 at Latitude/Longitude (WGS-84): 7°14'55" S, 112°44'15" E (deg/min/sec), -7.24876, 112.738 (decimal), Country Codes: ISO 3166-1: ID, GEC (formerly FIPS10-4): ID. The field case was isolated by Animal Clinic Laboratory and Private Services and the isolate was developed for in vitro challenge testing.
